All appointments will be confirmed once I have received 20% of your payment after the consultation meeting and signing of contract(s). This down payment is non-refundable.
If you are not able to pay your full payment within the timeline of the project, payment plans are an option.
I accept payments through cash, cash app, or Venmo. I do not accept checks.
With the exception of the Headshot and Mini-session, all shoots and packages' prices are starting prices. If you would like an extra hour, location, photobook, etc. please look at the list of "add-ons" list to find the price that will be added.
Unless mentioned otherwise, all projects only come with one video.
Once your video has been edited, I will send you a copy of your finalized video/photo with my watermark. Once your payment has gone through, I will send you the finalized video/photo without the watermark. If you have any edits that need to be made to the video, I will make them and send them back to you. All rough drafts will have a watermark on them, as well. You only have 2 opportunities for sending back videos for edits.
The timing in which you receive your finalized videos or photos will vary.
You will pay the first part of the final payment once the shooting has been done. When you have received the finalized video and photos (with watermark), you will have 24 hours to pay the last half of the payment in order to receive products without the watermark.
Every 20-minutes you are late, there will be a $10 late fee added to your final payment.
If the location of the photo/video shoot is outside of the Raleigh-Durham-CHapel Hill area, there will be an extra travel fee added to the finalized payment. This fee will depend on how far your location is outside of the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area (1.50/per mile).
For the safety of myself and others around me, if you have been exposed to covid-19, please plan your appointment for 3 weeks after your exposure. I also ask that you be tested to ensure that you don’t have the virus if you have been exposed.
I ask that all video shoots have some plan before we begin to shoot. Consultation is free.
Not all projects are the same, so there may be additional fees added to final pricing of project.
